All analysis, signals, verdicts, and commentary — including BUY, SELL, WATCH, AVOID, and WAIT signals — are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
Ethos Digital LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution. Past performance of any pattern, signal, or analysis does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment.
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the selected rate. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except as required by applicable law. Founding-member pricing is locked for the duration of your continuous subscription.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) reproduce, distribute, or resell any output without written permission; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or systematically scrape the Service; (d) share your account credentials; or (e) use the Service to manipulate securities markets.
The Service sources market data from third parties including Alpaca Markets, Financial Modeling Prep, Finnhub, and Anthropic. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Market data may be delayed and should not be relied upon for time-sensitive trading decisions.
All content, features, and functionality — including the PRISM Terminal name, Marcus AI analyst, scoring methodologies, and user interface — are owned by Ethos Digital LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ETHOS DIGITAL LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ETHOS DIGITAL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING INVESTMENT LOSSES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of DuPage County, Illinois.
We may update these Terms at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
