Account information: When you create an account via Clerk, we collect your email address and authentication details.
Payment information: When you subscribe, Stripe collects and processes your payment details. We do not store your full card number or CVV. We retain only a record of your subscription status and tier.
Usage data: We may collect information about which tickers you analyze, which features you use, and general usage patterns to improve the Service. We do not log or store your specific analysis queries tied to your identity.
Technical data: Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and access times.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. Your stock analysis queries may be processed by Anthropic's API to generate AI responses. We do not send personally identifiable information to Anthropic — queries contain only ticker symbols and market data.
Your account and subscription data is stored in a secure SQLite database on Railway's infrastructure with persistent volume storage. We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, secure cookies, and hashed tokens for session management.
We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and accounting purposes.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will end at the close of your billing period.
We use a single secure HTTP-only cookie (`prism_access`) to maintain your session after login. This cookie contains a random token — not your personal information. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
PRISM Terminal is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
